HR Administrator
In my role as HR Administrator, I work alongside the rest of the HR team to deliver HR support to the department. This includes handling day-to-day queries and administration, leading recruitment campaigns and managing induction processes. I am the team's data expert, managing all HR data input, card extensions, absence logging, and monthly payroll.
In addition to my HR work, I also provide ad hoc data entry, and laboratory and administrative support for the department's researchers.
I am part of the departmental Professional Services Team that helps to facilitate the smooth running of the department. We can be found on Level 3 of the Women's Centre, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
